How will I come to know the appointment is booked?
You will get a confirmation email and message on your registered email address and mobile number respectively. You will be also able to view your upcoming appointments in the My Services tab. Also, you have to confirm your mobile number post booking your appointment.
How can I register?
You can register on our platform with a few simple steps. Open www.unitedwecare.ca and click on Get Started on the top right corner or open the App and click on Register. Now click on For Client and you will be able to sign up by filling in your details or you can sign up with Google/ Apple. Once you accept the T&C, you can set up your profile and explore the Website/ App.
How would I get billed? Do I need to pay in advance?
You will get an invoice on your email once you book an appointment and make the payment. You will have to pay in advance only.
How can I download the application?
You can go to the Google PlayStore or App Store and search for United We Care.
How can I book an appointment?
To book your first appointment, you can login to your account, select your professional category and click on Book. Then Identify your concerns to find the best professionals for you and click on Book to complete your booking. Also, you have to confirm your mobile number post booking your appointment.
To book your subsequent appointments with the same professional, go to the My Services tab, click on your previous appointment, then click on Book Now to schedule your appointment.
How can I talk to a professional once an appointment is booked?
To get access to your appointment, log-in to your account at the time of your session and follow the steps below :
How can I reschedule/ cancel my appointment?
To reschedule/ cancel your appointment, log in to your account, go to My Services tab and click on the appointment that you want to reschedule/ cancel. Now click on Reschedule/ Cancellation to complete the action. Please note, cancelling or rescheduling of appointments can only be done minimum 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment.
Is my number shared with any professional?
No, your personal number is not shared with any professional. The session calls take place only through the App/ Website.
Where can I see terms and conditions?
To view the Terms and Conditions, go the Home tab and click on the three dots on the top right corner (if you are accessing the App) or scroll down to the bottom (if you are accessing the Website) and then click on Terms & Conditions.
If I am talking to a professional and the call gets dropped, can I call back again?
If a call gets disconnected, you can log on to your account, go to the My Services tab, click on the specific appointment, click on video call/ voice call. However, this option will be available to you only during the time slot booked by you.
Is my session confidential?
The sessions are 100% confidential and 1-1 with the professionals.
I have sent a message to my professional, but haven’t received a response yet. What can I do?
You haven’t received a reply because the professional is offline and has not seen your message. The professional will get back to you within 24 hours. Please have patience and be rest assured that you will get a response.
What is the refund policy?
A refund is initiated incase you cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to the time of your appointment. The amount will be refunded to you after deducting applicable charges and taxes, if any.
How do I get the invoice to claim insurance?
You will get an invoice on your email once your session ends. You can use this invoice to claim your Insurance.
Where can I see the details of my past sessions?
To view all your past sessions, go to the More tab (if you are accessing the App) or go to the Dashboard (if you are accessing the Website) and then click on My Activity List. Here you will be able to see the list of your past appointments, along with the name of the professional, date, time and mode of your session. You can also see the details of all your past appointments in the Appointments tab.
What is OTP/ One time Password?
OTP or One time password is a 4 digit dynamic code received on your registered email I'd while registration or log in. It is a password that is valid for only one login session or registration.
I have purchased 4 sessions, till when can I avail them?
You can avail these sessions anytime as per your convenience. No vadility applicable on them.
